Beautiful accommodation in Valle Gran Rey
This accommodation is located in the Valle Gran Rey and it is one of the most beautiful houses in the valley.
In one of the typical, romantic narrow lanes, in a local part ”La Playa“ from the Valle Gran Rey, lies the holiday house” El Rincón de Aítana “. The house, quiet and centrally located, offers a perfect starting point for many leisure activities for up to six persons - it is just as close to the two beaches of the Valle Gran Rey, as also the bars and restaurant of the sun-delicate valley.
The entrance of the completely reconditioned house leads from the lane directly into the generous open-plan kitchen - living room. The modern Ambience radiates a pleasant and bright atmosphere. The kitche is well equipped with a two hotplate stove, electric grill and a large fridge with freezer compartment. A toaster and a german and spanish coffee machine complete the equipment.
In the living area is a sofa bed and a SAT-TV. Over the living area are two bedrooms, which lie in the rear area of the house and are even on hot days pleasant cool. The two bedrooms have a wardrobe - in one of them there is a double bed 150x200cm, in the other one two single beds 90x200cm. Two additional beds are available likewise.
The daylight bath has a shower, WC and a wash basin.
Open stairs, with thick hand ropes, lead from the living room to the large roof terrace. Here are different groups of seats, and sun loungers invite to stay all day. A sunscreen donates a pleasant shade. It is so beautiful to spend the night here under the stars!

Super tolle Wohnung, Klasse Lage, riesige Dachterrasse mit vielen Möbeln und Hängematte ???? Gerlinde hat bei Problemen sofort geholfen... Wir hatten uns ausgesperrt ???? Es dauerte nicht lange und wir konnten wieder ins Apartment . Ich kann alles zu 100 % empfehlen.





Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr zentral und angenehm ruhig. Ein besonderer Vorzug war die große Sonnenterrasse.





Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, in einer schönen grünen Gasse mit einer schönen Terasse. Strand, Geschäfte Restaurants und die Playa sind alle in Fußentfernung. Und auch die Busstation





Sehr ruhige Lage in Dörflicher angenehmerer Nachbarschaft.





Es gibt absolut keine Kritikpunkte.





Tolles Apartment. Bester Platz die Hängematte. Es fehlte ein Sonnensegel für mehr Schatten. Ansonsten Kakerlaken, eine davon im Fön zum Schrecken unserer Tochter. Trotzdem empfehlenswert.





Stärken dieser Unterkunft: Lage im Dorf, Strände und Clubs in der Nähe, malerische Straße, funktionelle Terrasse. Wir hatten hier einen schönen Urlaub als Familie mit 3 Kindern.

nice but small flat for a family of 5 with the roof-terrace being the highlight as it offers more space and air. situation is very good as it's 2 min from the beach and all shops.
