The recently renovated villa is located in the sun-drenched fishing village of Playa Santiago and is divided into two floors. This exclusive holiday property offers the discerning guest all imaginable luxuries in a beautiful and quiet location.The beautifully decorated pool area, from which you have a fantastic view of the surroundings and the ocean, is equipped with sun loungers and garden furniture.

If you are looking for a holiday home with pool, then you should also take a look at the idyllically situated "Casa Sola" in Alojera. This holiday home can accommodate up to 4 people and from the large terrace you have a wonderful panoramic view down to the sea.

The two bedrooms of the house can accommodate up to four people. All bedrooms have wide and comfortable beds with high quality mattresses. All living areas are bright, friendly and modern.

In the loft-like and comfortably furnished living area, in which a large wooden table with chairs can be found, there is the modern kitchen. This is also well-equipped. For the warm summer months a large ventilator was attached to the upper ceiling.

The villa also has two bright bathrooms in which the materials "marble" and "glass" determine the appearance. The large bathroom has a bathtub, two washbasins, WC and a bidet. In the second, slightly smaller bathroom you will find a modern shower with glass wall, a washbasin, WC and bidet.

WI-FI is of course available and free of charge.

As a guest of "Villa Malt" you also get free access to the luxurious communal area of the complex, which is only a few minutes away from the accommodation. The communal area has an additional heated and guarded pool which is equipped with deck chairs and sunshades. In the elegant lounge corner you will find a modern fitness area, TV, billiard table and table tennis table. Everything is embedded in a beautiful, well-kept and green garden with a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean.
